If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay, especially for medical treatment, you can’t find a better place than this! It’s a gated community with access only by access codes and literally only minutes from the medical district. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are spacious and very clean and furnished with just about everything you need to walk in and be “home” during your stay. The property manager, Erica, is absolutely a God Send! She is beyond helpful and compassionate for her guests and their families. The Reside gets 5 ⭐ but The Reside with Erica gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We love this place! Definitely, our home away from home when we're in Houston. The Resides is clean and has everything that we need. It's located 5 mins away from NRG PARK, Kroger is across the street, and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.
My family and I stayed at The Reside for Christmas to attend the Texans vs Ravens game, December 24-26, 2024, and had a great time. Erika was very pleasant to work with. When I text her, she responded very quickly, even after we left and returned home, she responded to my text. Our condo was spacious and big enough for all 4 of us. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and I was able to cook Christmas breakfast and warm up my pre-cooked Christmas dinner. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Houston area. Thank you Erika for your great hospitality and welcoming my family and I to your property. Keasha
Recently stay at the Reside for a couple of nights while going to appointments at MD Anderson. It worked out perfect for us traveling with out lab. The property was as described, clean and had everything we needed plus it was only a couple miles to the hospital. Will stay again
We stayed here to be close to MD Anderson. It's a 6 minute drive. The condo is so nice & clean. Washer, dryer, towels, silverware, pot, pans, plates, glasses & coffee cups. It's a gated property for extra safety. The lady running the show is so sweet & prompt with any issues. I definitely recommend to stay here.
This is a great place to stay. It is safe, quiet and comfortable. The management is very courteous. It is near restaurants and grocery stores. We have been coming here for over three years because a family member is a patient at MD Anderson and The Reside is perfect for us. They are also pet friendly. I would recommend The Reside to anyone looking for a safe comfortable place to stay, especially cancer patients.
The Reside is a lovely place to stay. Erica the manager is excellent! She always does everything she can to make us comfortable. Laura, Ana, and Derek (and everyone on the staff) are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. We have been here a few months and any repairs or requests we had were addressed immediately. The location is very convenient to MD Anderson. The apts. are very nice and feel safe. It is mainly cancer patients and local families staying here. Also, the pool is wonderful.
The Reside is my favorite place to stay in Houston. It is in The Medical District and a stone's throw away from many of the major hospital systems, a variety of great restaurants, and all the major freeways. The apartments, I've stayed in quite a few, are all amazing! They are fully furnished with a full-size washer/dryer, kitchen, and spacious rooms with walk-in closets. The bathrooms are also quite large. The apartments are clean, cozy, and pet-friendly. The grounds are well manicured and they have a "serenity garden" with personalized rocks of the many guests who have been lucky enough to happen upon this little gem of place. The manager Angela is truly an Earth-Angel...what a fitting-name. She is always available to her guests and makes you feel welcome. You won't be disappointed...The Reside is definitely a home away from home!
